There is indeed a 'digitally restored' downloadable version of TSV issue 1 currently in the works. No Peter Purves or 5.1, alas. That photocopier room no longer exists and the campus noticeboard where I first pinned the notice about Doctor Who has long since been removed to make way for an ice cream shop. But there will be a commentary, so it's not entirely 'vanilla' (TSV that is, not the ice cream...)

The Auckland June pub meet was fun - we were joined by a new regular member, Kirk, who's recently moved here from America with a collection of props and other memorabilia that I swear had Jon Preddle turning green with envy. As usual, Doctor Who was just one of a number of subjects discussed over the course of the evening - I seem to recall we spent more time talking about Irwin Allen TV series and Tintin comics!
